Wir wurden geschädigt durch Fa. KBE-Abriss, vertreten durch Herrn Gehrke (jetzt Fa. TGA-Container).

Die Masche:
nach Auftragsvergabe und kurzem Arbeitsbeginn wurden 2/3 der Auftragssumme mit großem Nachdruck eingefordert und abkassiert. Danach verschwanden die Leute von der Bildfläche und kamen nie wieder.

So ist es anderen Geschädigten spiegelbildlich ebenso ergangen.Dies scheint also System zu haben?

Telefonische und schriftliche Abmahnversuche blieben erfolglos.

Uns ging es genauso! Auch wir wurden geschädigt durch die Firma KBE aus Euskirchen! Die Masche war genau identisch: Das Unternehmen hat einen kleinen Teil der Arbeiten ausgeführt, dann aber unter Androhung von sofortiger Arbeitsniederlegung 2/3 der Gesamtauftragssumme "eingetrieben". Danach kam die Firma nie mehr wieder! Kontaktperson war auch bei uns Herr Gehrke, der jetzt anscheinend als TGA Container tätig ist.
Auch bei uns hatten telefonische und schriftliche Mahnungen und Fristsetzungen keinen Erfolg...
Andere Geschädigte sollten sich bei uns melden, damit wir gemeinsame Schritte unternehmen können!
