Wer hat schon mal eine Abmahnung für seine (Private) Hompage / Internetseite erhalten ?

Weil das Impressum fehlte oder wegen Beiträge auf seiner Seite usw. ?

Seit einiger Zeit gibt es eine "Abmahnwelle", einige Abmahnungen werden bestimmt gerecht gewesen sein, andere sind meiner Ansicht nach "Konstruiert" und nicht im sinne der Allgemeinheit oder zum wohle eines nicht Anwaltes.

Auch wenn die Rechtsprechung laut Gesetz erfolgt muss es nicht immer Rechtens sein, finde ich. Einige Rechtsanwälte versenden zig 100derte von Kostenpflichtigen Abmahnungen querbeet durch das Gesetzbuch, sie haben sich so zu sagen Spezialisiert und verstoßen damit gegen Regeln und evtl gegen das Gesetzt.

Diese "Schwarzen Schafe" verunglimpfen den Berufsstand und sollten ermittelt werden. ... Oder ?

Schon mal etwas bekommen, aber einfach ignoriert. Das ist doch laecherlich.

Im Zweifel eine Nachricht schicken, dass man die Zahlung verweigert.

Dann kommt man zwar automatisch in Verzug, kann dies allerdings gleichzeitig mit einer Bitte um Vorlage des Kaufvertrags verbinden. Der Forderungsfuehrer wird sich nicht mehr melden.
